Weekly Market Outlook May 21, 2017
Weekly Market Outlook:
Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland – Again, the market tries to break out. However, a significant market participation is lacking. Usually, this results in a turbulent market of which we got a preview last week. If the failure of market participation continues, the rally ends without any doubt.
Next week, the focus will be on the US Central Bank’s (FED) minutes, which may provide more clarity about a –by the market foreseen– rapid interest rate step. Thursday, several exchanges including the Swiss market will be closed due to Ascension Day.
