Weekly Market Outlook January 8, 2017

Weekly Market Outlook:
Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland – 2016 was another year of whipsaws and choppy trading. 2017 seems to have started promising, however, the underlying quality of the market has been disappointing. Many investors do not seem to be bothered by this fact. They only have an eye for the positive effects of the policy of the US President-Elect Trump, while the negative effects will become visible much faster.

Next week, the focus will be on Trump and US retail sales figures. Additionally, the company earnings season is starting slowly.
