Weekly Market Outlook January 3, 2016

Weekly Market Outlook:
Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland – The past year was a disappointing year for investors with a short horizon. 2015 proves once again that investing based on predictions is meaningless. The market is still caught in a web of currency shifts, volatile oil prices, and industrious central bankers. This creates a relatively large -unnecessary- unrest among investors.

We do not attach much value to the (negative) price fluctuations in the last week of 2015. In the coming week, the necessary economic data is on the calendar. During January, we will gain a better understanding of the actual behavior of financial markets. Meanwhile, there exists, in our view, a secular bull market.
