Weekly Market Outlook October 4, 2015

Weekly Market Outlook:
Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland – Meanwhile, investors are becoming accustomed to volatility. Last Friday, the S&P 500 experienced its strongest reversal in four years. The market seems to be busy with a complicated bottoming process. This is the time to pick up quality stocks, a process we have been interpreting for some time now.

Next week, we look forward to the minutes of the ECB. A deflation scenario and a slight flattening growth in Europe is very likely; it will be interesting to see how the ECB will respond to such a scenario. Additionally, the earnings season is starting slowly. This will give insight into whether investors have recently been too pessimistic.
